As part of the Fayrefield Group, Dairy Solutions was set up jointly with Lactalis/McLelland in 2002. Based in Crewe, Dairy Solutions role is primarily to supply out-of-specification dairy products to the industrial processing industry.
Products are sourced from major UK and Irish dairy producers against pre-set quality standards and are sold according to those specifications.
