International Cheese Awards - Nantwich, UK (27-28 July)

Inside a vast air-conditioned marquee, cheese lovers can sample everything from Stilton to Camembert, Cheshire and Wensleydale. On the first day the show is open to trade and press only, but on the second day it is open to the public.

Alimentaria - Barcelona (22-26 March)
